WOW! I really feel stupid (as I am what I consider a savvy person) by EVER going with Rachel and her company(doubt there is anyone but her). Her quote was WAY below everyone elses and that should of thrown up a red flag, but I was stupid and naive. Before I purchased service she ALWAYS answered the phone never even got to voicemail. She quoted me $325, and said oh sir without a doubt the car will be picked up within 2-4 days. Well come to find out she offered me a price that the car would of NEVER been picked up at. I waited 10 days and nothing, numerous emails not returned, numerous phone calls not returned. All nice and friendly at first, once I started asking where my service was, tone turned rude, and by day 10 would not even return messages or e-mails. She came up with laundry list of excuses about why the car was not picked up in 10 DAYS! I went with another carrier they found me a driver in less than 60 MINUTES! Yes what she could not do in 10 days, another company did in 47 minutes! Absolutely unbelievable, this person never is FRAUD at its finest. I hope her license is removed.
