NEVER USE RIM AUTO TRANSPORT! In a nut shell my vehicle was to be transported from Edmonton to Toronto. The vehicle was dropped off in Edmonton on May 18, 2011 and for two straight weeks all I heard from Richard and Natalya were lies and excuses. I was told my vehicle left Edmonton on May 23rd and would arrive 5-8 days later. I was told it was in Winnipeg and there were problems with the truck and it would arrive a fews days later. Today, much to my surprise I discovered my vehicle in the exact same lot it was dropped off at in Edmonton!

In the two week period I had numerous conversations with Richard and Natalya, I was continually lied to and misinformed. My vehicle will never arrive in Toronto because it never left Edmonton.

NEVER USE RIM AUTO TRANSPORT! Not only are they incompetent and unrelaible, they will lie to you!
