I contacted David on Friday and he arranged for pickup on Sunday and delivery on Tuesday. The whole process was well orchestrated and worked exactly as David said it would. We went back and forth with a lot of phone calls and he was great at getting right back to me when needed. Before this experience I was considering transporting the vehicle myself but based on the success of this transport, I would do it again and encourage others to have their vehicle transported with Quicken rather than doing it themselves.
