David was professional, courteous, very informative and honest about the process. We were apprehensive about handing over the keys to our car to someone we didn't know. David even was so accomodating that he personally delivered our car to the transporter because we were not available. We shipped our car to our daughter in college from Tampa, FL to Columbia, MO and had never used this type of service before. Everything worked out as David said and we were very pleased and will definitely use his service again!
