I was very leary shipping my car and trusting people i dont even know! Kim was awesome with helping me get my car, after getting upset from a driver cancelling thinking i was getting the run around she took the time to explain to me how the process worked and i then felt very confident in her that she would continue to find me a trucking company...She did and it came clean as it left the guys house..... Jones trucking company was also great! Thanks Kim i give ya a 10 :]
