Quality Transport LLC was scheduled to pick up a car that my boss had purchased for his daughter. The driver was a day late in picking up. They did not bother to call us and let us know they would be a day late.

We were given a delivery date and that was wrong as well. When the car did not arrive as promised again - we received no call explaining the delay. We called the company and spoke to Ed Pour, the owner, and were told that the car would be delivered the next day. He said that there had been a problem with the delivery of another vehicle on the truck and they had to wait for that cars owner to get the funds to release the car. Again no call from the driver or the company and no delivery of the car. Attempts were made throughout the day to reach them with no success. I left a message but received no return phone call. The next morning someone finally answered the phone. I asked for Ed and he said he wasn't in. He would not give me his name but gave me a phone number for the driver. I tried calling the driver but there was no answer. When another half a day had passed and there was no word on the delivery of the car I tried calling the office again. There was no answer at that number either. There was absolutely no attempts on their part to communicate with us. I was beginning to worry about whether we would ever see our vehicle. It was frightening not knowing where the vehicle was and if it was stolen, wrecked, if it would make it to it's destination.

Then at 3:10am I received a phone call from Tony, the driver - the number I had been given for him was not correct. He was calling to let me know that he just crossed the state line and had entered NM. He would be in Albuquerque in a few hours and would deliver the car. I don't know of any reputable company that would call at that hour of the night. They had already inconvenienced us by their lack of communication. Calling at that hour appears to be a spiteful way to handle a bad situation that they created.

We will NEVER, EVER use Quality Transport LLC again and would strongly advise that no one else use them either.
