Overall, the service was good. No funny business. They were very kind to my elderly parents, and did a door-to-door service that was probably difficult to manage with a huge truck, but they did it. I wouldn't expect precise pick-up and delivery because it's a pretty complicated road-world out there, so build in a little extra wiggle room when you plan. They were one-day late for pick up probably because of traffic and repair issues, but they were on-time with delivery. They called twice for pick up, and twice for delivery. Car delivered clean and in good condition. I would use them again.
