From what I had read, my expectations were for Door to Door service. Unfortunately, huge transport trucks cannot make it into your neighborhood street to pick up or unload your car. You must meet them someplace like a shopping center where there is enough room to load and unload. In retrospect, this is understandable, but not what I expected when I signed up. To his credit, Chris offered to find another driver at a later date, but I opted to go with what was planned. The driver was delayed by bad weather, but there's no fault there. Overall, I'm happy with the move.
