I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere "Thanks" to your Customer Service Specialist, Mary Navarro. I have used your service on three separate occasions and dealt with Mary on all 3 shipments. I need to mention that I was working with Mary from Cleveland and arranging these shipments for my elder family members. I mention this as it affected the shipments in dates being changed and locations of pick ups not the best for the driver, but thru all the changes, Mary was FANTASTIC! She worked to ensure that the cars were picked up on time and I know she had to scramble to make this happen with out ever expressing any frustrations over the phone with me or my family members.

Mary made me feel that each car we shipped was as important as any and we truly appreciated her professionalism and kindness. I will work with Mary again when the need arises and highly recommend her and Auto Transport to anyone.

Auto Transport needs to appreciate what Mary does for them and should have her train all customer service agents that work for them.

Mary, "Thank You" again for all you have done to make this a wonderful experience.
