We contracted Puzzle Auto Transport to pick up my two vehicles, a Chevy Impala and Ford F150, for $1900. They were being shipped from FL to CA. They picked up the vehicles when they said they would. We informed them that we had items in the back of the truck since it had a cover and lock. They said "no problem and no worries". When the cars arrived to CA we had agreed to pick them up at their lot in Burbank but now we needed to pay an additional $300 because there was stuff in the back of the truck and in the trunk of the other car. Why did they not tell us this before hand if they knew?? So they wanted to hold our cars hostage until we paid that extra. We brought it down to $200 and no we needed to pick up the cars in North Hollywood. I arrive to the lot and my two cars are parked separate from the rest of the cars and the window is down from my truck with the doors unlock. I start to look to my items and the guy says "We are not responsible for personal stuff." At this point I pay $2100 and decide to check when I get home. Sure enough these scumbags went through my items and stole stuff. There were items missing from the truck that were locked in there. The only person who had access to the bed of the truck was the whoever had the keys. There is no other way in. In the car the passanger seat was pushed all the way back which wasnt like that. What was the point of someone sitting on the passenger seat??? I had a small lamp in the back that they broke by doing that.
DO NOT TRUST THESE SCUMBAGS!!! They are crooks and do not deserve anyone's business. A police report has already been filed and fingerprints have been taken. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! They are out to steal from anyone they can.
