In general I would said the process was well managed by the company. Car arrived 4 days prior the expected delivery date. Still at the shipping port in PR there were some missing information (last minute request) not provided by the assigned agent but another person with experience at the SJ port was able to help. Also when my car arrived to CT the driver was really disrespectful. Car delivery was paid to be shipped to my location and he called me indicating that he can’t do so because the street was not wide enough ( which is not thru, is a 4 vehicle street, with a Whole Foods and Gas station right next to me). He made me pick up my car and drive it for 15 minutes to my home place even though I told him I didn’t had the registration neither a car insurance.
