The experience was beyond great, the car was safe quick and secure. My issue is the following: Mr. Rafael singlehandedly ran the whole operation when no one else answered the phone. Mr. Rafael, I applaud you for running phones, paperwork and delivering the car to me safe through all means necessary and I hope you find a worthy staff that will relieve the weight on your shoulders. Thank you so much.
