Horrible experience with Provisional Auto Ship for an out of state transport. I placed my request well advance of the needed shipping date. The agent low-balled the estimate by over $1,500, and then would not return calls or respond to emails as the pick-up date drew near. I started calling/emailing a few days prior to the pick-up date; whenever I spoke to the agent, they said they would call me back within a certain time frame, but never did. It was obvious the agent had not arranged a driver for the transport. On the day of the scheduled pick-up, I called no less then 10 times for a status. The only transport driver they could book was an enclosed carrier (we needed an open carrier), and could not take both vehicles and also would not take the smaller vehicle. It's only when I called to have the booking removed from the system, that anyone offered customer service. In speaking with other companies, Provisional Auto was referred to as shady and other terms. Use this company at your own risk.
