Low balled me on price for an enclosed transport from Virginia to California ,took deposit then raised price . Refused to give me a refund,and had to ship open carrier.

Brent Lowballed me on enclosed transport.Took deposit via zelle, then called to say it was going to be more money.Open transport showed up and said enclosed would be $500 more. Had to ship a freshly painted car on open transporter. From Virginia to California thru storm. Said it would a couple days till he could find another truck . Meanwhile seller of car took day off to deliver to transporter. Brent said it was his fault . But wouldn't refund me so I could book elsewhere. I have txt messages showing all this information, booking,etc. Don't give anyone a deposit. Company's I've used before that were honest didn't even ask for deposit. Pay in full when arriving. Bottom line would never use this company again.
