We apologize the transport did not go as planned, we do not wish a poor experience on anyone. We try to make auto transport as painless as possible. Despite the fact that we have transported your car we still gave you a refund on your deposit in addition to a $25 check for your pain and suffering, if there is anything else we can do for you please let us know!
