Exceptional Customer Service unlike any other

I just wanted to let you know that I received my car yesterday and although there was no "21 point inspection" completed upon arrival and the car had a dead battery, I am MORE THAN PLEASED with the CUSTOMER SERVICE and PROFESSIONALISM I received from Mark throughout this process! I will highly recommend Protected Auto Carriers to anyone I know based on your customer service! Thank you.

After multiple harrassing quotes from other brokers and companies, I ultimately decided to go with Mark through Protected Auto because of his exceptional customer service. Not only did he not harrass me, but he answered all my questions, explained the steps in detail, and did not talk down to me as I had been with other companies who said "There's no competing for prices in this customer service industry, you want a low-ball quote thats fine, but you won't be happy when your car sits for weeks without moving. So, keep me in mind when you are sitting a month from now when I'll raise the price, get your listing, and get still your car to you before other companies." (From: 1flatrate)
