Not on time; over charged; car was never delivered to agreed location

I was quoted $650 for the transport in writing. I never received a call the day before or on the pickup date. After calling several times they tried very hard to find a driver. I paid $150 when the driver was assigned and I was supposed to pay $500 to the driver by delivery. The car was picked up 2 days late even booking it 2 weeks ahead. On the deliver day the driver calls me that his truck broke down about 2 hours from delivery location. Funny enough it was the drivers home. No effort was done to deliver car. Only the driver offered to deliver for extra charge and not insured. After waiting another 2 days I decided to have a friend drive me to the location the car was stored in a backyard. The driver is asking for $600 and shows me paperwork from Progressive what showed that they gave him the job for $600 and not $500 as agreed. I call Benny together with the trucker. He promised we will work it out. I pay the trucker to have my car released. After several calls asking for $100 back what they overcharge. I was told they told me on the phone (no email) nothing that it is $100 more to deliver the car. Finally I was offered $50 back. not even under the circumstances that I had to drive 2 hours one way to pickup the car I was given back the $100 they over charged. now more than 2 weeks later they did not even credit back the $50 they promised.
