I am NOT KIDDING!! They can submit all the responses they want but they CANNOT get out of this one!!! Anyone who reads this PLEASE contact me via my e-mail and ask to see the e-mails and the contract between me and them and what I ended up with with the actual shipper who showed up and told me my fee was $960.00 MORE than what my contract stated and showed me their OWN contract that said I was to pay that much!!! The broker agreed to a set price and dispatched this truck knowing FULL DAMN WELL what we agreed to pay and never informed me until AFTER the truck was picked up that the shipper was charging us almost a THOUSAND DOLLARS MORE!!!! We had the police here and everything! The shipper would not give us our truck, left with it and were on their way back to CA 3000 miles away and intended to put it in storage and charge us for the fees. We had to borrow the money last minute from my husband's Mom because we literally did not have that much! They had to drive back 5 hours to redeliver the truck since the first time they couldn't wait! I IMPLORE YOU DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF IT'S THE LAST THING YOU DO!!!! There is NO justification for what they did to us! They would not return calls and we have left many e-mails and messages and nothing. Today when the police were here they wouldn't answer at all or return calls to either us or the shipper!!! This is a very bad company!!! We now have to go to our State Attorney's Office to get help to recomp our money since it set us back so much and now we have lost wages and everything since this biz vehicle will not be able to be operated until we come up with the $960.00 they owe us!!!!! This was a TOTAL sham!!! Dishonest, no customer service skills, lack of care as to what happens to your vehicle or your pocketbook....the list goes on and on and on!! I cannot say enough bad about this or steer you away any better than this! We will be in court with these people asap!! The shipper they got for us brought the truck back with dings in it. We had to pay a towing co to even load the truck for them because they said it wouldn't start and we told them the battery cables were unhooked. The dispatcher said that would have been noticed but when the towing co got there he saw the cables weren't hooked up but charged us anyway and had to help load it because they had a young new guy who didn't know what he was doing! We were told it would be here in 3 days, took 14 with little contact and a lot of worry on our parts! The broker told us they would figure out the issue that was created, nothing. Wouldn't return calls or e-mails! It was SUCH a mess for us! And they were fully aware of it and they created it and did NOTHING!!!! I am going to tell EVERYONE and ANYONE I know about them!
