I am a 'shopper' and spent several days researching and getting estimates on shipping my newly purchased car to my home. It meant a lot to me that the shipper was BBB rated and that I got a good deal. I acquired more than 25 estimates, with Professional Vehicle Shipping providing the 3rd to the lowest estimate. Prices ranged from $525 to $1,025, the higher usually with private carriers. Professional Vehicle came in at $595. I contacted Professional Vehicle Shipping to get a feel for their customer service. Camelia, the owner of the company answered every one of my questions and with a great deal of patience. She presented the best and worst case scenarios as far as pick-up and drop off. She was professional at all times. After careful consideration on brokers versus carriers in the auto shipping business, Camelia had me convinced that I could trust this 'broker' arrangement. I am glad I did. I saved money and had my car shipped in a timely fashion. It arrived safe and sound. You couldn't expect more. We would use Professional Vehicle Shipping again in a heartbeat!
