Out of the 47 quotes I received for moving my 2005 Bmw 325i from Miami, FL to Irvine,CA I decided to go with Professional Vehicle Shipping because of their A rating with the Better Business Bureau and because they clearly and patiently explained me how the process would work. It was the first time I shipped a car and I had a lot of questions...I was confused and didn't know who to go with, the prices ranged from $790 (their price ) to $1420 and I read so many bad things about brokers on the internet. I booked the order June 1st and my car was ready for pick up on the 3rd. The same day I placed the order they put me in contact with a great driver who picked up the car on Monday (the 3rd) and I had the car in Irvine on the 10th. It took only 7 days and Professional gave me the driver's cell number so I was able to track my vehicle. I am very pleased with the service they offered and now I understand that in this industry I don't need to pay the highest price to get good service. I will use Professional Vehicle Shipping again at the end of the summer when I am moving back to FL.
