Do not use these people (PROFESSIONAL MOVING SOLUTIONS OUT OF TAMPA,FLORIDA). I contracted 45 days in advance for a car and 2 motorcycles. No one would return calls until 2 days before I was to depart Colorado. One call from Erik said they were having problems. Then I received a call from Chris stating that no one would transport motorcycles in an open carrier and he apologized which did not help me. I called Total Car Shipping (Maria Trujillo) and a truck came and picked up my cargo the next day out of Denver in an open carrier. (#801666-DG) I did ask for a refund of the $600 deposit from Professional Moving Solutions and they declined because they say I didn't wait out the full 4 day period. They could not have delivered on their contractual agreement and they know it. I ask them to contact Erik or Chris to confirm and they obviosly did not. They kept saying that I signed a contract. As a businessman, I rarely complain and have never complained online. All I ask is for you to not give these people a deposit and if you have to use them, pay when they deliver.
