This was a big mistake from the start. The car was not picked up until 2 weeks after I ordered the service. Then, the only reason they did pick it up is if I agreed to pay $75.00 more. I had no choice. A few days before I paid the $75 extra, they told me they could pick it up if I paid $200 more. I told them to give me my deposit back and go to hell. The refused to give the deposit back because of their contract loop holes (fine print). The customer service is terrible. They all lie just to get your money. They were really nice until after they got their deposit. Then, it went straight down hill. Would not recommend for anyone and will never use this company again.

Dear Kim, we do apologies that your transportation service was not as smooth as we wanted it to be. However, there are details in your review that are simply lies. Your reservation were made for 12/29/2009, we had a driver assign for you for 01/04/2010. During the delays we kept you posted at all times, we explained to you that with the holidays, and the driver’s taking days off we had some delays. We asked you for an additional $75.00 that went directly to the driver - you approved it. We do understand that consumers need to be aware of different experiences that other customers had with the company, however, we strongly believe that the consumers need to know the truth!! We would appreciate it if you told the facts as they are and not just trying to tarnish the company's great reputation.
