First off they offer insurance on your vehicle and allow you to store up to 100 lbs of cargo in the trunk for free. Everyone should know that the insurance is a lie and its up to whichever carrier they use as to whether your car will be insured. I had two pair of sunglasses in the car, lucky for me the driver only stole one of the two pairs??? Next thing I notice is that the car was changed over to Kilometers? Its a 7-series BMW and its not as easy as just pushing a button when I get it back over to miles, I notice the car had a little over 400 miles more than I left it with and the gas tank was empty!
So when I call Pro moving they give me the contact info for Bher transportation which was in control of my car during transit. The guy driving Javier also happens to be the owner/operator of this one truck company. Of course he denies everything and won't return any of my phone calls. I also had the two pairs of sunglasses written on the original copy of the shipment papers that he signed knowing they were there. I then call and email pro moving for about a month with no response what so ever.
Before using any moving company or giving them any money once your car arrives, make sure you look over everything in the car, mileage, and of course damages to your vehicle.
