What an excellent transport company! The dispatcher, Jim is professional, knowledgeable and courteous and his “follow up” is beyond reproach. Jim called and e-mailed me several times to keep me in the loop when the car was going to be picked up in Colorado and the length of driving time on the road to be delivered to Connecticut. He also gave me the name of the transport driver, his cell phone number and job number to keep in constant communication. Jim’s fantastic customer service allowed me to purchase the vehicle sight unseen by recommending a car appraiser to take photos and have the appraiser e-mail them to me for approval of purchase. Wait….there is more….. Jim also advised the transport driver to use “wheel straps” instead of chains so not to damage the frame of the car. There were also a few car parts that needed to be boxed and put into the trunk of the car for future restoration. With communication like that, the delivery was more than successful! Jim manages his work with pride and personal assistance as if the car was his own. I can’t thank him enough for his courtesy and ethical manner.
