pick up was late by one day, however - they made up for it by delivering my car sooner then expected, my car was delivered with out any damages and the items I put in the car arrived in the same condition. I have received all the information from Jennifer, she was very helpful. Overall I liked the quality of the service and I will use this company in the future. Thank you
