BEWARE ! BEWARE ! Professional Moving Solutions are Scam artists hard at work ! I called this company before checking reviews on this web site. My mistake. Warren promised me a quick pickup of my vehicle and Tampa, home of Professional Moving Solutions, is somewhat close to my pickup location. I charged a $200 deposit to my visa. Within 24 hours I read the reviews on this site and immediately red flags went up about Professional Moving Solutions. I both called the next morning and sent an email to cancel the job, 211579. Warren asked "why?" and I stated the reviews on this web site. He said if I wanted a quick credit on my Visa that I would have to sign the contract. I objected to an electronic signature and Warren insisted it was "much quicker for a refund if I would sign the contract, otherwise you'll wait a week or more." I trusted Warren, BIG mistake. He stated I would hear from someone in 24 hours about the credit to my visa. No response. After 48 hours I received an email from Jennifer stating, "Our terms and conditions that you have accepted clearly states the following: "Cancellation policy: SHOULD YOU CANCEL at least 4 business days prior the schedule date there won't be any cancellation fee, Should you
cancel within 4 business days (not including the move date) or within our
contract time frame to assign a driver, or if we have already assigned a
driver for this service your deposit will be your cancellation fee. Pick up
and delivery: assigning driver for the pick up of your vehicle will be
within 2-4 business days before or after requested date. An add'l delay may
occur due to road, mechanical, weather or human condition."

I cancelled within 24 hours of the deposit taken and more than 5 days before the "scheduled pickup." The company used delay tactics to change the time frame to suit their contract. Professional Moving Solutions has very poor customer service along with dishonest business practices and unethical employees. I would highly recommend NOT hiring Professional Moving Solutions for any type of work. If you do hire them, do NOT give Professional Moving Solutions an upfront deposit.
The reviews of this company are correct. Professional Moving Solutions is fraudulent!
