This company attracts public with lesser quote and once we agree to the quot, these guys charge minimum of $ 200 deposit which is non-refundable, and then change plans and make decisions as they like regardless of the approved agreement.
I was originally quoted for $700 (pick up from Arizona and Drop in Michigan). I made an agreement and was charged 200$ as a nonrefundable deposit. On the pick up schedule day, the pick guys called me half an hour before and said that they are not picking up as they thought the delivery is in Mississippi not Michigan. " Its strange these guys dont know the difference between Michigan and Mississippi". NO BODY SHOWED UP THAT DAY AND INSPITE OF SEVERAL EMAIL NONE RESPONDED UNTIL 2 DAYS.
Later when I called they said the charges gonna be $900 INSTEAD OF $700 and I as I was 3 days late and 200$ were non-refundable, they forced me to agree for $900. They said otherwise it will take 4 more days to pick up. Having lost time and money, I had no other option and agreed for $900.
Finally, the deal on their part was very unprofessional..unreliable and unethical. I rate 0 out of 100.
Lost time and $200 extra money.
if they realise that this deal was really unprofessioanl, they should pay back my extra $200 money.
