Had 10 days to move my car and did NOTHING!!! Never returned phone calls or emails! Blamed his unprofessionalism on having a 2 month old and running his new business alone. Once he noticed I went with another company, he charged my credit card and stole my money (currently disputing) which he claims he did because I cancelled. How could I cancel when I couldn't get a hold of anyone. He probably has his entire family and friends leaving reviews for him because there is absolutely NO way this man knows what he's doing. He can't multi-task and I say "he" because its a one man show. He went back and fourth with me on email like a little B***h! He will take your money and make up a fake contract to dispute with your bank! He will say nothing will be charged until your vehicle is picked up but the second you go with another company, he charges your account! DO NOT GIVE HIM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION!!! The worst customer service ever! Please pay to get the job done right with people who know what they're doing!

Reina booked with our company the very next day she was triple booked with 2 other company's and made it very difficult for us to assign a carrier.I explained to her that booking with multiple company's will only cause a BIDDING WAR and make it difficult for us.As she assured me she would cancel and remove her listing with the other 2 company's well that never happened.Customer began to BLACKMAIL us with a review.As we kept our professionalism explaining the situation she began with PROFANITY.She will also deny signing a contract which has her ip address and then she tells us "WELL THAT WONT COME BACK TO ME" Please feel free to contact me and i will forward the contract!.You are NOT nor will you ever be a customer of mine and I would NEVER degrade my company by allowing a individual such as yourself to earn the privilege of being my customers.
