He was upfront about the process and how pickup dates are subject to confirmed drivers, and that they vent to qualify the carriers for use rather than just take the cheapest or first available. I appreciated that they have a thorough checklist of criteria the carrier must meet in order for Priority Auto to use them for their clients.
Scott was always available by text, email or phone throughout the entire process. He was able to find a single-car enclosed carrier to transport my brand new vehicle from the dealer to my house, which is across 4 states, and in less than 30 hours from pickup to dropoff.
