I originally started with another company (Sec- - auto transport) and it was beyond disastrous. After 2 weeks of stories and broken promises I decided to called Priority Auto Relocations.
When I called Priority it was after hours and didn't expect to speak to anyone until the next day. To my surprise the owner, Michael called me back with in 10 minutes and after hearing what type of experience I had so far, jumped right on finding me a truck that night. Not only did he go out of his way to get it arranged after hours but he was also very courteous and professional too. The car was pick up with in three hours of our original phone conversation and on its way to me. Then four days later the car was here from CA to MD. That was the best customer service I have experienced in years. Believe me, if I ever need to ship another vehicle or know some one that does, Michael will be definitely getting the call.
