This was the worst experience ever. I thoutht this was a good company, the reviews were decent, but my experience was awaful. I made reservation to have this company pick up my car almost a month before I needed it to be dropped off at my new location. I needed my car there at a certain time, I spoke with a rep who gave me the date I should have the car picked up which was basically a week before it would reach the new location. The date came and I hadn't herd from the company. I was in contact with the company the entire week of pick up, I was told several different lies. "Someone would get incontact with me as within 12 to 24 for hours of pick up," that never happened, "we are still looking for a driver to pick up your car," and this was 5 days after my pick up date. Once 7 days had passed I called the company and my calls where ignored. I left messages and still hadn't heard anything. Then I get an email out the blue telling me they are going to refund my deposit. Dont use this company, they will f... you over just like they did me. I wouldn't recomend this company to my worst enemey.
