Had a written quote, confirmed with verbal and text communications for fixed amount to transfer car. Took them over a week to confirm a driver. When I finally received the email confirmation for their driver it was nearly twice as much as original quoted amount, with an added fee not discussed or mentioned earlier. In my opinion, this group is not to be trusted in any fashion. I would look elsewhere or try to contact drivers directly.
