AMAZING. Got my car in two days. David was personable and easy to speak with. Clear, simple communication. Affordable quote. Didn't go back on the quote. I was able to text, call and email and they responded right away. When the first driver's truck failed I was really panicking, but when I and my husband kept calling David for updates..he never became frustrated with our calls and stayed in contact, quickly found another driver, and still got me my car in two days. Sent me all the info for the new driver. Everything was in email form and sent twice so there was no confusion. The constant communication was consistent and the biggest plus for me!
Last year I shipped my hatchback from Cali to Atlanta with another companythat went smooth overall. When I attempted to go back with them for this car shipment from Pa to Ga it was a whole different experience. From quoting me a super low price to make me choose them and put down a deposit, then no one picking up my car for almost two weeks and giving me the runaround as to why, then blocking my callsI was beyond frustrated and felt scammed.
When speaking with David from Prestige I appreciated his honesty right away. He was straight to the point and clear on why my car wasn't being picked up and what I needed to do on my part in order for his company to help me. Honestly I got a lot of quotes from different auto transport companies but went with Prestige because David didn't speak to me in a rushed or condescending way, gave me facts, kept the conversations short and to the point, and didn't seem like he was convincing me to go with him (I appreciate feeling like I'm speaking to a decent human and not a sleazy salesperson). He gave me an affordable quote and kept in constant contact throughout the whole process. He confidently told me his job wasn't done until I received my car which left me feeling like my car was in good hands. Honestly the communication being so thorough is the main reason I would return to ship with them or refer them to others. In conclusion: A+ customer service.
