I inquired with Premium Auto Shipping to ship my husbands truck from Iowa to Kentucky. I advised Justin on the phone that the truck is an older model and very heavy and large. I gave him what it was and even sent him a picture. I was advised and given a contract for $400 to move the vehicle and he stated it would not be a problem at all. When the day came to pick up the truck I called to confirm that it will be picked up and what time. I was advised that the driver had a flat tire and wasn't going to make it. That was at 9:00 am. Not sure why it would take all day to replace a tire. However, Justin said we could reschedule. I reschedule and when it came time for the driver to pickup even before he arrived I was advised by Justin that now the amount will be $700.00. That now all of a sudden my vehicle is oversized and the driver won't haul unless I pay extra. I advised Justin that I was not going to pay that and that I signed a contract for $400 not $700.00. He kept saying it was because it was oversized and I advised him that he was well aware of the vehicle size as he had a picture and I had given all the info. I advised that I wanted my $150.00 back and he said it would be $200.00 since I was cancelling the contract and not holding to it. I advised him that he broke the contract first by raising the price. He proceeded to threaten me that I would not find another company to haul my vehicle for less than $700.00. I told him that my money needs to be refunded and that I will make sure that a review will be posted regarding their company. When I reached out to another company they had contacted the same driver that the other company was working with and come to find out he was being advised a different price and was going to be shorted as well. Do not use this company.
