Big SCAM (no pickup, no refund deposit)

Jacob (516-417-8477) and I had a contract to deliver my car from San Jose, CA to Houston, Tx on July 11 for $789. A deposit of $200 was paid via Vennmo. And the rest will be paid when the car is picked up and delivered. No pick up on July 11. He told me his driver is asking for $1500. I told him that's between him and his driver. All I cared is $789. He asked me for 1 day delay. Same story next day. He asked for another day. Another day came, nothing happened. I told him after 2 extra days, he still didnot honor his contract. So I cancelled the contract (via text messages), and asked for the refund of $200 deposit. About 3 hours later, he said he found a driver that can do for $1000. I ignored. 10 days later, I reminded him to refund the deposit. He said it's my fault. So now, a month later, that $200 is gone.
