I had my transport book through another company but the day before pick up that company called and said that they didnt have a truck for us. We had booked this company two weeks in advance of our cross country move so finding out a dew days before we were permanently leaving Ohio that our car wouldn't be shipped was quite stressful. I made several phone calls before coming across Anthony Chavez at Premiere Auto Shipping. He was sympathetic to our situation and worked hard to figure out a fix for us. He found a truck for us pretty quickly but we had to leave our vehicle behind at the hotel for pick up since we were leaving 6 hours before the truck was able to pick up our vehicle. The pick up went off with out a hitch! We had delivery set for April 2 in Colorado but on April 1 the driver called and said he would be at our home at 6 p.m. and wanted to know what time we were going to be there. I told him we wouldn't be there until April 2 in the morning and that it had all been pre-arranged and approved for an April 2 delivery not an April 1 delivery. He seemed a bit agitated that he would need to wait around for an extra day. My husband and I decided to push through and drive a longer day to get there on April 1. We called the driver and let him know and he became more friendly at that point. When we arrived, my vehicle was already off the truck. I inspected it for any damage and there was none so I paid the driver the rest of the money. All in all, Premier was able to bail me out of a bad situation. The cost was much higher than I was quoted by other companies a few weekes prior but this was because it became a short notice transport so we had to pay the premium . That would have happened with any company I chose at that point of time. What Anthony at Premiere quoted me and what I paid stayed consistent. There were no hidden charges and the vehicle was delivered with out any major issues. I would use them again if I needed to.
