Dan, the dispatch operator was extremely patient and answered all of my questions. He made it very easy to feel comfortable selecting this service to ship my Harley.
The morning my bike was supposed to be picked up was extremely cold and icy, and the driver had difficulty with some of his equipment so he called me to ask if we could delay the pick up by 24 hours, and I agreed. The following day he was there promptly at the pick up time, and the pick-up was complete in 10 minutes. My bike arrived at the San Francisco at exactly 8am, and the unloading took less than 5min.
Overall, I am very pleased with the service and would recommend it to anyone.
