THEY WILL TAKE YOUR DEPOSIT,NOT DO THE JOB AND THEN REFUSE TO REFUND YOUR MONEY,THIS SUPPOSED COMPANY SHOULD BE CALLED SATANS TRANSPORT CLOWNS,we hired them to transport two vehicles from california to ohio they never did the job see my previous review for the other vehicle they did not pick up,we have contacted the bbb in ohio as well as florida,there is cases started in reference to this,we are also contacting the fmcsa, as well we are going to get ahold of the attorney general,i have made it my personel mission to put this sorry bunch of useless trash out of business permanetly,mike is the most useless foul mouth sorry nasty s.o.b i have ever spoken to acspecially the way he talked to my mother,i would love the opportunity to meet him out in public,there is no excuse for the way he talks to people after they find out he is a crook,and ask for there money back TO THE MAN WHO POSTED ABOUT THE JEEP,PLEASE HAVE YOUR ATTORNEY CONTACT US WE ARE HIGHLY INTERESTED IN JOINING YOU IN YOUR LAWSUIT,I WANT MY MONEY BACK,AS WELL AS ANY OVERAGE IT COST ME TO GET MY VEHICLE HERE,i as well contacted central dispatch,these morons had this vehicle listed for 350.00 more than the agreed upon price,the youg lady in which i spoke with at central dispatch was very helpful,they actually were the ones who refered me to the fmcsa,cause they don't want sory asses like these ruining their business

This was a classic case where the customer did not properly identify the vehicle being requested to p/u.We had a truck dispatched to p/u the truck,which was originally identified as running and was also told there were no special modifications done.That was not the case.We cannot know for sure what we are picking up if the client is not clear on all levels about the vehicle.Based on what the vehicle actually was,and being in a challenging area,we could not perform the service as requested for the rate quoted
