I had doubts about polar getting a driver from utah to new york but austin kelley at polar expressed showed why he has more than ten years of experience, he was honest and made sure the driver was told specific in structions because i drive a mercedes sl and wanted to make sure it was top load service and it was granted, and brought to new york on time no problems at all this was my 3rd vehicle transporting with austin A++++++++++ service
