Bill was amazing! He was true to his word, prompt, and honest. I did have to call him to get him to check on the driver, but he was responsive almost immediately and did the best he could. I would recommend Plymouth to anyone who might be nervous about the prospect of letting your car go to someone else, for a 10 day period, and no knowledge of the driver. Bill will protect you!
