Robin sent me a great email "Price Quote Auto Shipping 101" which outlined things to watch out for in the auto shipping business, and gave me a quote which was lower than everyone else. In spite of the fact that the lowest price was one of the things mentioned in the email to watch out for, I went ahead and booked my move with Plaza. I got a call within 2 days that they had someone to transport the car one day earlier than I requested , so was I willing to change my date, which I did. The driver called me the day before and showed up on time to get my car. It arrived in Texas one week later on schedule, and because the driver had to make a late evening delivery he apologized and even gave me a $25 discount. I was totally happy with the whole experience.
