After reading so many bad reviews of different companies, I was very concerned about finding a reputable broker and carrier. After receiving 10 different quotes and researching each company, I selected Phoenix. Their quote was not the lowest, but I have firgured out you get what you pay for in this business. Though I had a few issues with communicating with Jim, the overall experience was excellent. My car was transported by Ideal Express and I can also recommend them highly. I initially was told that my car would be picked up on 8/30 and delivered 8/31 but it arrived the same day!
