My first and only experience in using a car transportation service and I was extremely happy with the whole process. I had received 15 quotes from various companies and Phoenix Auto Transport Services came in the lowest. I don't normally pick the lowest price of anything because it doesn't always pay off in the long run, but I checked them out on Better Business Bureau and thought I'd have nothing to lose by making a phone call just to inquire. Bob Crisp was articulate in explaining the details and steps that would take place, making me feel comfortable and optomistic that I could get my car shipped in a reasonable timeframe with no hidden gimmicks or surprises. I trusted my gut feeling and it paid off! I got my car within 24 hours and Bob kept me informed from start to finish. I would strongly encourage anyone to use this company and hope they'd be lucky enough to get Bob as their contact person.
