The best thing about the service was the competative price, there is no afer hours contact so once they assigned a driver I was left waiting. Kathy is good to work with, but The driver was over a day late for pickup and called 3 times with changing pickup times. Delivery took longer than expected also, but the car arrived in decent condition with no other issues. Overall I rate the process as average, but I expected better after reading other reviews.
