The driver Jonny was rude, intimidating and unprofessional. - At pick up he would not let us modify the condition of the motorcycle. It was his assessment AND nothing else. - Upon delivery which was 5 days later than promised, he disagreed to the damage to the saddle bag. His inspection sheet only showed scuffs but the saddle bag had a tear upon delivery. It didn’t matter to him. He would not let us state there was damage on the inspection sheet. He had no interest in hearing or seeing the damage, and again became enraged when the issue was addressed. - Even worse; he showed an intimidating attitude and insisted we get him cash and was unwilling to take the cashier’s check and became even ruder. This was in the evening after the banks were closed. Even though we went to the ATM and got the cash, he grabbed the check and ran with it to his truck and said he would give us back the check if we gave him cash in return. We did NOT trust we would get our check back if we gave him the cash. To resolve the payment and to receive our receipt showing we paid in full we had to call and have the police intervene. - To top it off, he blamed the whole incident on me being in the military. I reminded him he is in our Country at the goodwill of the Nation and should watch his attitude. He obviously has issues with the USA and all of us who serve this Nation proudly. Just ridiculous - this company should not be in business.
