Gilbert is honest, dedicated, organized, and very responsive. As first time shippers, we were a bit overwhelmed by the process, but Gilbert really helped us out. Gilbert picked up his phone every time I called - even after the car was picked up. And, he was very attentive throughout the entire process. For us, timing was more important than money. Gilbert actively watched our bid online and changed the price to ensure it arrived on time. Also, he gave me the details on the trucker and advised me on whether it was someone he trusted. We turned down truckers with bad reviews. All in all, the car arrived on time, clean, with no scratches, and nothing was taken from it! Thanks Gilbert!
