It was my first experience to transport a valuable property to another State, and so I tried searching
for the right trucking company to do the job.
I practically made an evaluation of at least 5 companies online and made my decision after a period
of 2 days. The first 3 persons I spoke from another companies gave me doubtful informations as to the
time, price and their total committment.
Until I finally spoke to Gilbert who sounded very professionally, gave me the quote, and number
of days my car be delivered in Naperville, Illinois, I decided to pick his company.
From day 1 that my car got picked-up from San Diego, California up to a period of 5 days that my daughter got the car in front of her residence, made me feel gratified, especially it was my wife's gift to our first child, which made it more satisfying due to the timely delivery.
I do believe that it is the people who handles the transaction and commits themselves totally with the
customers that makes trucking business a good one, no matter how small the company is.
Gilbert showed concern and comittment by follow-ups with the driver, until the final delivery. I hope to do business with this person again, whatever company he works for. or recommend him to relatives and friends. I will give him a 5 STAR rating.
