Gilbert called me early one morning after I submitted my request and explained the process. I had already shipped a car to Colorado so I was pretty familiar with it; I had a positive experience the first time around, but it was still reassuring to hear Gilbert explain things in a way that were very consistent with what I had already experienced. Gilbert gave me the lowest quote and the driver he arranged turned out to be the same driver that delivered one of my cars here from Colorado; I was able to even have the car shipped in an enclosed container, which is nice for an Audi A4 as that is quite a nice car. Overall, Gilbert was extremely communicative, responsive and transparent throughout the process; the driver showed up on time and delivered the car on time; all in all it was a very smooth and easy transaction. I would definitely use Gilbert / Philam Transport again.
