A very simple and pleasurable transaction.....

After vetting over a couple of dozen brokers, we decided to use Philam Transport to move an SUV from Michigan to the San Francisco Bay Area. We hear about all the different nightmare scenarios in the automotive transport industry hence significant vetting was implemented.

I contacted "Gilbert" Sunday afternoon and the car was picked up by Tuesday afternoon, a day earlier that we discussed but we were able to make it work due to the prompt and timely communications with Gilbert.

We got the driver's name and contact cell too. Driver was extremely pleasant and kept us in the loop on his anticipated pickup and delivery schedule.

Overall, definitely an A+ for prompt service, attention to detail and delivering what was promised. Will definitely use this service again as needed. BRAVO !
