My first time to ship my car and it was a stressful thing to do on top of moving cross country but Gilbert gave me one less thing to worry about, he gave me his direct number and whenever I call, he always answer the phone. The carrier too was awesome and he stayed in touch with me. His name was Tom. Thank you Tom! Overall, Philam Transport is a great option if you're looking for the possibility of shipping your car. It’s good to know that they communicate with their customers through email or even via text just to give a courtesy heads up if they will be on time or late or let’s say, if you ask for updates. My car came back clean and damage free. I recommend this company to others.
